Kii Adventures
Kii Adventures operates a guesthouse and arranges trekking guides near Kumano Hongu Taisha, Hongu Taisha is one of the Kumano Sanzan shrines in the World Heritage Site "Sacred Sites and the hub of Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage Routes.
We provide various travel support services to help you enjoy adventure travel in Kii peninsula and Hokkaido that combines "activities," "nature," and "culture."
STAY
At Kii Adventures, we offer a range of accommodations, including our own and those operated by local partners, to enrich your stay along the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage route. One option is our directly managed cottages, where you can relax in a rich natural environment. The other is YUPI, a guesthouse run by a local business located near Kumano Hongu Taisha Shrine, where you can enjoy interacting with the host and experience life in Kumano firsthand.
Cottage KIRIHATA
Located in the Kirihata settlement, across the river from the Okukumano Kodo Hongu roadside station, this cottage is just an 8-minute drive from Kumano Hongu Taisha. Enjoy the tranquil Japanese countryside environment. Ideal for solo travelers, couples, and young families. From ¥18,000 per night for two people (maximum 4 people).

Trekking Tour
We arrange for trekking guides and local guides according to your needs, including the popular Nakahechi route of the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage, as well as the Kohechi or Iseji route, a 2-night, 3-day trek from Koyasan to Hongu Taisha Shrine or we also design and support the custom-made itinerary that include accommodation, meals, and activities.

Kii Adventures offers trekking guide arrangements and tours to travel agencies. Add an element of adventure travel to your trip and create a more fulfilling experience. We also arrange tour plans and trekking guides within Hokkaido.

We offer customized plans for guests staying multiple nights at our accommodations. We provide a free shuttle service that offers enhanced support for experiences and walks along ancient trails in Yunomine Onsen and Kawayu Onsen.

Q.送迎サービスはありますか？
A.コテージキリハタは本宮大社より車で8分の集落に位置します。古
道歩きのハイカーをはじめ、ゲストの方々へ無料の送付サービス
を行っています。本宮大社前バス停、道の駅奥熊野古ほんぐうや古
道沿いの発心門王子、請川などへの送り迎えを行っておりますので
事前にお問合せください。
Q.コテージにはエアコンがありますか？
A.ベッドルームとリビングにエアコンが完備しています。
Q.備え付けのバスタオルやヘアドライヤー、シャンプー＆リンスな
どのアメニティはありますか？
A.人数分のバスタオルとフェースタオルをご用意しています。また、
ヘアドライヤーもございます。アメニティとしてはシャンプー、コ
ンディショナー、ボディソープを用意しています。その他、洗濯機
と洗濯洗剤を備え付けていますので洗濯もご自由にできます。
Q.近隣にスーパーマーケットなどお店はありますか？
A.近隣には大きなスーパーマーケットがありません。車で3分のとこ
ろに道の駅がありミニスーパーマーケットの機能が備わっていま
す。生鮮食品、お弁当や惣菜、酒類など購入できます。送迎希望の
方にはチェックイン前に道の駅へ立ち寄ることも可能です。
Q.宿泊料金は前払いでしょうか？
A.基本的にはチェックインの際に現地でお支払いください。現金の
ほかクレジットカード、電子マネーなどでのお支払いも可能です。
Q.長期ステイも可能でしょうか？
A.閑散期の夏季（6月～8月）、冬季（12月～2月）は4週間までの長
期滞在が可能です。長期滞在ご希望の方には30％～50％の割引料
金を設定していますので別途ご相談願います。
